Meet our Staff

  • Pastor Bill RIley

    Senior Pastor

    pastorbill@huberheightschurch.org

I have been married to my wife Lorraine since 1993.  We have a “crock-pot” family (blended) with my two sons and her two daughters. We have 7 grandchildren ranging in ages from teenagers to toddler.

I have been in working in ministry for 40 years as both a Pastor and Clinical Counselor. I have served in ministry positions all across the Eastern USA from Massachusetts to Delaware to Ohio during my years in ministry.

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Malone College, a PhD in Addictions Counseling from Westbrook University, a Master of Arts in Rehabilitation Counseling from Wright State University, and a Master of Arts in Family Counseling from Eastern Nazarene College. Along with this I have a Seminary Certificate from the Salvation Army School for Officers Training and have obtained my Ordination in The Church of God Anderson Indiana.

As Senior Pastor of the Huber Heights Church of God, I am responsible to give direction both spiritually as well as administratively in the day-to-day operations of the church. My guidance comes from the Holy Spirit and I rely on a Spirit-filled Church Council.

My favorite Bible verse is I Corinthians 16: 13-14: “Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong. Do everything in love.”

I am an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers, Ohio State Buckeyes, Springfield Thunder Soccer team, the NW Soccer Association K-3rd grade soccer team, the Springfield Heat Baseball team, the Tecumseh Arrows 8th grade football and wrestling teams. In addition I love to hear my granddaughter cheer for the Tecumseh Cubs.

Two of my favorite places to eat are Texas Roadhouse and Skyline Chili, which are across the street from each other in Huber Heights, (good for me bad for the diet).

After reading this page, you know a little about the Pastoral and administrative staff of the church, I invite you to come visit us and let us get to know you!

    Worship Leader

    mhouse@huberheightschurch.org

My husband, Luke, and I have been married a year and a half. We both have a passion for ministry & seeing lives transformed through the saving power of Jesus Christ.

I was called to music ministry at the age of 5. I was in a Christian rock band for 9 years & have written & recorded many of my own songs. I have seen the power music has had on my life. It is my passion to lead people in worship & to encourage them in their faith.

My favorite Bible Verse is Romans 1:16. I started loving it when The 116 Clique, a coalition of Christian rappers, began including it in their verses. Now it is my life verse and a constant reminder to not be ashamed of my faith.

My favorite places to eat are The Melt & Coldstone because I can get peanut butter at both.
